About Us

Pishgaman Karmayeh Apadana Development Company is the first specialized venture capital company in the country's oil and gas industry, which was founded with the investment of Pasargad Energy Development Company, Dana Energy Company and Oil Industry Investment Company in April 2017. One of Apadana's missions is to help form the open innovation ecosystem in the energy industry with an emphasis on the oil and gas sector, as well as to help form energy innovation centers across the country.

Mission

Action to facilitate the formation of the various components of an open innovation ecosystem for the private sector of the energy industry:
• Contribute to the development and promotion of a culture of innovation in the energy industry through media and educational activities.
• Help attract young academic talent to innovative entrepreneurship in the industry • Establish innovation centers such as the Energy Innovation Center to help generate innovative ideas and solutions to specific energy industry issues.
• Creating investment institutions in start-up companies, such as the Research and Technology Fund and the Bold Exchange Fund.
• Creating a rich and valuable network of different actors and activists in the energy industry, including entrepreneurs, professionals, academics and decision makers.
• Investing in the projects of new industrial companies

شکل‌دهی به یک زیستبوم نوآوری زنده و پویا برای بخش خصوصی صنعت انرژی که بستری مناسب برای زایش و بالندگی ایدهها و راه‌حلهای نوآورانه است؛ راه‌حلهایی که به رفع چالشهای سهامداران، پیشرفت صنعت انرژی، تولید ثروت ملی و ایجاد اشتغال پایدار می‌انجامد و تولید ناخالص داخلی کشور را افزایش می‌دهد.

ماموریت

اقدام برای تسهیل شکل‌گیری مؤلفه‌های مختلف یک زیست‌بوم نوآوری باز برای بخش خصوصی صنعت انرژی:
• کمک به تکوین و ارتقای فرهنگ نوآوری در صنعت انرژی از طریق اقدامات رسانه‌ای و آموزشی.
• کمک به جذب استعدادهای جوان دانشگاهی به سمت کارآفرینی نوآورانه در صنعت
• ایجاد مراکز نوآوری مانند مرکز نوآوری انرژیک برای کمک به زایش ایده‌ها و راه‌حلهای نوآورانه برای مسائل خاص صنعت انرژی
• ایجاد نهادهای سرمایه‌گذار در شرکتهای نوآفرین، نظیر صندوق پژوهش و فناوری و صندوق جسورانه بورسی.
• ایجاد یک شبکه‌ی غنی و ارزشمند از بازیگران مختلف و فعالان صنعت انرژی اعم از کارآفرینان، متخصصان، دانشگاهیان و تصمیم‌گیران.
